PJ New Launch — Personalised Prestige in Petaling Jaya

These aren't off-the-shelf homes. Prestige, personalised — a home that grows with you.

The Story — a home that becomes yours

Prestige,
personalised.

Petaling Jaya was built around people — from the character of SS2 and Sea Park to the modernity of Damansara Uptown. PJ New Launch belongs to that story.

With private-lift access, flexible layouts and lanai-inspired spaces that invite light and air to move through, PJ New Launch is designed to be personalised and adapted over time — a home that grows with you, in a city that has always felt like home.
